Registration for MOCO’20 is now closed. We are thankful that the virtual format has allowed us to reduce registration rates. Below are three (3) registration options. Please be aware of the dates and information for presenting authors.
Important Information for presenting authors: If your work was accepted for publication, one author for each publication needs to register using the “Presenter Registration” option by June 5,2020. Without meeting this requirement, we cannot publish your work. Authors who will ONLY be presenting demo-based practice works without an accompanying paper should register using the "Early Non-Presenter Registration” option by June 5, 2020.
Presenter Registration: $55 USD due June 11
Early Non-Presenter Registration: $25 USD available until June 15 (limited quantity)
Late Non-Presenter Registration: $45 USD available June 16 - July 17* (limited quantity)

*If you register during the conference (July 15-17), please email movementcomputing2020@gmail.com with your receipt to access to the conference.
Once registered, you will receive an email which will include your receipt and a link to the password-protected registrant-only page where you will find the virtual conference program and session links.
Please note that registration is non-refundable. Upon registration, you will need to provide consent by selecting “yes” when prompted with the question: “Do you give consent for us to record your personal data for the lawful purpose of providing and managing an educational service?”. This will help us to accurately record your registration.
During this trying time, many are facing financial hardship. If you are interested in attending this conference, but your financial situation prevents you from being able to pay the registration fees, please email us.
